Terms of Service

By accessing or using FXCup ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

FXCup is a forex trading analytics and competition platform. The Platform connects to your MT4/MT5 trading account via read-only API access to track and display your trading performance.

FXCup does never place trades on your behalf and does not have access to withdraw funds or modify your trading account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use FXCup. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information during registration, including a valid email address.

When connecting your MT4/MT5 account, you must use your Investor (read-only) password, not your master password. FXCup stores credentials using 256-bit encryption.

You can disconnect your trading account at any time from the Settings page.

Competition participation is subject to the Competition Rules available at /rules. FXCup reserves the right to disqualify accounts suspected of manipulation or rule violations.

You may not use FXCup to: (a) violate any applicable law, (b) engage in market manipulation, (c) create multiple accounts to gain unfair competition advantages, or (d) attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the Platform.

All content, features, and functionality of FXCup are owned by FXCup and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

FXCup is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Trading in forex markets involves significant risk. FXCup does not provide investment advice and is not responsible for any trading losses.

FXCup's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to FXCup in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 if you are a free user).

FXCup reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. A 7-day grace period applies — you can cancel deletion by logging in within 7 days.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
